If you still don't feel confident to set up a job or run a job live during the announcements show, simply "shadow" another student while they work the job to get the feel of the steps needed.
And lastly, remember: Don't procrastinate and double-check everything!
- Open Safari web browser. Click “favorites” on the menu bar. Click “Boyd’s SSFHS e-mail”. Click on the current days e-mail from Ms. Casanova. Save attachment in “Announcements” folder on desktop.
- Open current days announcements in Microsoft Word program. “File”, “Save as” “text only” in Announcements folder on desktop.
- Open ProPrompter program. Click “add”. Select current days announcements text only file.
- In ProPrompter program, click on the current days file in left column. Then Click “PROMPT” tab in upper left corner.
NOTE:
UP arrow = scroll up
DOWN arrow = scroll down
SPACE BAR = pause and begin
ESC (x 2) = return to main menu
